How to Activate Your Affinity Photo 2 Trial

If you've purchased Affinity Photo 2 from the Mac App Store, you may be wondering how to activate your trial version. Activating your license allows you to use your software without any limitations and receive updates as they are released.

To start the activation process, simply click on the 'Not Now' button at the bottom of the screen if prompted during registration. This will return you to the post-purchase, pre-licensing stage. Note that selecting this option will also deactivate any Universal Licenses on your device and sign you out of your account.

If you've already registered your Affinity V2 Universal License in your Affinity account, you can use it to activate any Affinity V2 application on any operating system, including iPadOS. However, if you don't sign in to your account, you may be prompted to purchase the software again, even though you've technically bought a license.

Once you've activated your license, you can start using your software without any limitations. You'll also receive updates as they are released, and all version 2.x updates will be free for licensed customers. The Mac App Store will serve the latest release builds on that platform.
